Partial Planning is a great option for clients that have a bit of a vision, have some building blocks in place but need a little help along the way. Maybe this is your first big event and you want to make sure it’s seamless with expert advice and event management, or maybe you’ve done this a million times but this year, you just don’t have the same bandwidth. With Partial Planning, you can expect:

• Initial site visit and design consulting
• Recommended vendors
• Advisement on event budgets and projections
• Creation of event timeline and production schedules
• Attendance or input for key vendor meetings
• Management of logistics, communications, and contracts beginning 6-8 weeks prior to the event date
• Onsite management of full event timeline including set-up and breakdown as necessary

Beginning 6-8 weeks prior to the event, the In Cahoots team will offer guidance on logistics as well as take over any vendor communications. A timeline will be set and the team will oversee all set-up and production for a seamless event, relieving you of any last-minute duties or hiccups to worry about on event day!
